This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

December 20 2023, Officers investigated an animal complaint at a residence on Rt. 130. As part of the investigation, Officers learned that the resident was raising roosters to sell for fighting. As a result, Officers charged the 43-year-old Logan Twp. man with Cruelty to Animals and Use of Animals for Fighting. Please provide the arresting officers' body cam video footage.
