This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. Copy of the Application No. BA-3453-C-D-PSP-FSP-11/2023 and any amendments thereto, filed by Cornerstone South Brick, LLC for Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan with Variances for property located at 320 Brick Boulevard and designated as Lots 1-5 in Block 383.40 on the Tax Map of Brick in connection with its Application to the Town of Brick Zoning Board, Ocean County, New Jersey (hereinafter “Application”).

2. A copy of all professional reports rendered in connection with the Application.

3. A copy of the CD’s, transcripts, audio and/or video tapes for all hearings in connection with the Application as well as the agendas and minutes of the hearings for the Applicant on the Zoning Board Application.

4. A complete copy of all notices, affidavits of publication, affidavits of service, certification of service, certified mailings, and property owner list, provided in connection with the Application.

5. A complete copy of all review letters, plans, reports, and/or studies prepared in connection with the above referenced Application.

6 Copies of any application and amendments thereto filed in connection with the Application.

7. Copies of all draft resolutions, amended resolutions and final resolutions in connection with the Application.

8. All plans, surveys and architecturals, amendments/revisions thereto in connection with the Application.

9. Copy of any and all Exhibits entered in connection with the Application at any hearings.

10. Any and all resolutions adopted by either the Planning Board or Zoning Board in connection with the Application.
