Dear Hoboken City,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Please provide the BWC footage of the incident when Nancy Olang of Hoboken was arrested by Hoboken PD officers at the Seventh and Jackson Street Resiliency Park. Police Officers Jessica Pizanie and Anthony Olivera were involved in the arrest that took place on July 4, 2024, at approximately 12:10 p.m.
