I, Jessica Rodriguez, the assistant Records Custodian for the Township of
Verona received your OPRA request on April 4, 2024.  As such, the seven
(7) business day deadline to respond to your request is April 15,
2021.  This response to your request is being provided to you on the
4^th business day after the custodian’s receipt of said request. 

Your request for “Fire Damaged Properties” and "vacant properties" is
denied. Records Custodians are not required to conduct research or create
new records in response to an OPRA request.  Simply put, the Township
files fire damaged properties by block and lot, which would require
research of every property within the Township. 

Your request for “vacant properties” is denied as no documents exist.
