Fire Damage List
- A list of all property addresses that the fire department has received an emergency call to in the last 90 days.
Vacant List
- A list of all properties that the city deems to be currently vacant or abandoned.

The Township of Livingston Clerk's Department is in receipt of your OPRA request. Pursuant to NJSA 47:1A-5(i), you shall receive a response in no more than seven (7) business days, with day one starting the day after the request has been received. (Holidays and Townhall closings do not count as business days).

The Fire Department does not make, maintain or keep on file a list of fire
damaged properties Therefore there are no documents responsive 1st
request.
The Township does not make, maintain or keep on file a list of properties
that are currently vacant or abandoned. Therefore there are no
documents responsive to your second request.
