OPRA Request
Dear Mount Olive Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Fire Damage List
- A list of all property addresses that the fire department has received an emergency call to in the last 90 days.
Water Shut Off / Utility Liens
- A list of all property addresses that have had their water bill liened against the property, have failed to pay their water bill, or have had the water shut off at any point in the last 12 months.

Attached is a list of the parcels that are currently shut off. The attached PDF is the list of current delinquent people who would be eligible to be shut off if we were not in the moratorium.
There were no liens sold in the last year that contained a water charge.
There are 5 parcels who have had their water shut off and restored over the last year for non-payment. They are 17 Normandy Rd, 14 Harwich Rd, 14 Pheasant Ct, 47 Madison Ave and 50 Stokes Ave. Since we are in a moratorium for shutting off water due to the winter, all of these services have been restored.
Also, 47 Madison Ave remains shut off. It was turned off last May and the township never received a request to turn it back on for the winer as the property is vacant.
In addition, there is a list of the Emergency calls in the last 90 days as requested as well.
