This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

(1) Any and all geotechnical reports of geotechnical borings which were previously performed for the work within the area under contract in Brick Township Municipal Utilities Authority water and sewer main replacement on Alhama, Cadiz, Cartagena, Monterey and Valencia Drives - Capital Project No. 717001. Township of Brick, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, NJEIFP No. S340448-13 E1506001-14, File No. SLE R08398.021, including but not limited to geotechnical reports and boring logs; reference in general requirements Section 012200, I.4 "Excavative Pit Maintenance" (Dewatering) (Item No. S-9, paragraph 4; and (2) Any and all boring logs, maps, soil lab reports and geotechnical reports associated with the contract project area.
