OPRA Request
Dear Hillsdale Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
- A list of all property addresses that have an unpaid property tax bill. Please also include in the list or separately a list of properties whose property tax bill was liened against the property.
- A list of all property addresses that have had their water bill liened against the property, have failed to pay their water bill, or have had the water shut off at any point.

I have received your request, but I need clarification.
What are the dates of the taxes that you are looking for that have not been paid? Or are you only looking for properties that have liens against them?

Here is a condensed delinquent report. The report parameters are to the 2nd quarter since all the people who haven't paid yet for 3rd quarter would be erroneously included.
There are no liens included since the lienholders have paid subsequent taxes, therefore they are no longer delinquent.
Water is private billing.
I have not heard back from you regarding my clarification of your request. I have attached what I believe you are looking for. Please consider your request now closed. If you require any other information, you will need to submit a new request.
