Dear Franklin Lakes Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
- A list of all property addresses that have an unpaid property tax bill. Please also include in the list or separately a list of properties whose property tax bill was liened against the property.
- A list of all property addresses that have had their water bill liened against the property, have failed to pay their water bill, or have had the water shut off at any point.

The Borough is currently collecting 3Q taxes and all payments will not be reconciled until 8/14. Would you like the report run as of today, or at the close of the processing period 8/14?
Also, the Borough does not have a Water Department; therefore, we have no responsive records to the second part of your request.
