Dear Vineland City,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Site Civil Engineering is requesting access to the following records pertaining to the site located at 3600 N. West Boulevard, Block 505, Lot 8, Vineland City, Cumberland County, if available:
• Tax Assessor/Collector Records, including property record cards and deeds;
• Planning/Zoning Department Records, including and planning applications, land use changes and former/current zoning;
• Building/Construction Department Records including building/demolition permits;
• Engineering Department Records, including land development applications and site plans;
• Health Dept. Records, including records of spills, violations, environmental health concerns, incidents of evacuation/emergency response;
• Fire Department Records, including incidents of fire, evacuation or emergency response;
• Records of violations;
• Records of on-site subsurface sewage disposal systems;
• Records of on-site potable wells; and
• Records of on-site underground storage tanks.

The compilation of records is complete in response to
your recently filed OPRA request in the City Clerk's
Office. Applicable documents have been uploaded and
sent successfully per your request. The Tax Collector's
Office stated there are no unpaid Tax and/or Sewer
liens, lot clearance charges, or special assessment
accounts. The Zoning Office stated the current zoning
is B2 - Business Zone. The Code Enforcement Office,
Engineering Department, and Fire Prevention Office
stated they have no records pertaining to your request.
