CTM Environmental Services, Inc. (CTM) is performing an environmental investigation of the property located at 300D Hightstown-Princeton Road, (Block 5; Lot 27.05), East Windsor, Mercer County, New Jersey (the Site). As part of our investigation, I am interested in viewing files from the earliest date available related to the following:

- Environmental spills/cleanups/violations
- Wells (private/potable/monitoring)
- Former or current septic systems
- Former occupants of the property
- Tax records/deeds (previous ownership history)
- Fire records
- Construction/demolition permits/activities
- Land redevelopment activities
- Hazardous waste disposal activities
- Planning/zoning department
- Public works (connection dates for municipal utilities)
