The Borough of Middlesex received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request on April 26, 2022.  The official Records Custodian, Linda Chismar,
received your OPRA requests on April 26, 2022.  As such, the seven (7)
business day deadline to respond to your requests is May 5, 2022.  This
response is being provided to you on the 1^st business day after
custodian’s receipt of said request.

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law
right of access from January 27, 2022, up to the present. I am not
required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this

Records requested:

- A list of property addresses that, as of today, have delinquent property
taxes and open property liens. This list needs to include amounts of
balances owed.

-Detailed Lien Status Report

-All properties that had any utilities shut off.

-A list of property addresses that have received any code violations since
the beginning of the year. Please provide the type of violation.

-A list of all residential property addresses that are currently vacant or
abandoned.

-A list of all residential property addresses that are condemned

-A list of All Properties without a current city certificate of occupancy

I only need the property addresses. Please put all lists in separate Excel
files. PDF is okay too. If up-to-date data is not available, please
provide the most recently available information.

Attached, please find records of Delinquent property taxes - property
address with balance owed, Detailed Lien Status, Open Property Liens -
property address with balance owed;  listing of properties with violations
and listing of vacant properties.   Please be advised that the Borough
does not maintain or keep records of properties that have had any
utilities shut off.  In addition, please be advised that we do not
have/maintain a listing of properties without a current certificate of
occupancies or properties that are condemned.   At this time, I believe
your request has been fulfilled.
