Dear Little Falls Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Property located at 84 Center Ave, Little Falls NJ. “This property sold to a 3rd party in Dec 2021”. A hearing notice was issued to an employee that works for the bank in their name, for snow removal. not the borrowers name. There is a court date coming up on 03/03/22. We need to find out how to get their name removed from this notice. Once a property sells to a 3rd party they assume all violations, fines/fees.

Can you please advise how this can be resolved?
