This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Regarding Passaic Police Report 21-42839, I am requesting a copy of the video footage that was provided to Officer Bryan Acosta. This is the video that Officer Acosta referred to in the referenced police report.
I am also requesting the identity of the person that provided Officer Acosta with the video.
