Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act and New Jersey Common Law, Requestor seeks the following records: i. All PFAS data on the raw, untreated water, including complete lab packages, from January 1, 2013 to the present
ii. All communications with NJDEP regarding PFAS results from January 1, 2013 to the present
