pursuant to the Open Public Records Act (“OPRA).  Please accept this
letter as my response pursuant to OPRA.

Your request seeks the following records:

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law
right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please
acknowledge receipt of this message.

Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act and New Jersey Common
Law, Requestor seeks the following records:

i.          All PFAS data on the raw, untreated water, including complete
lab packages, from January 1, 2013 to the present

ii.          All communications with NJDEP regarding PFAS results from
January 1, 2013 to the present

There are no responsive records to your request.  Boonton Township does
not conduct water testing as it is a water customer of the Town of Boonton
Water Department and all testing is done by them.  While not responsive
documents, attached are copies of the annual Consumer Confidence Reports
from 2013 to present.
