I am requesting the below information for all the properties with a date range of 6 months from today.
1. All Code Violations
2. All Tax Delinquents/Liens
3. All Vacant/Abandoned Properties
4. All Utility Delinquents/Liens (if applicable)

Good Evening,
The OPRA request you submitted was received in the office of the Borough
Clerk on April 14, 2021. Due to uncontrollable circumstances, I
respectfully request one additional business day to fulfill the request.
As you may know, on March 9, 2020, Governor Murphy signed Executive Order
No. 103, declaring a Public Health Emergency and State of Emergency in New
Jersey in response to the outbreak of COVID-19. On March 20, 2020,
Governor Murphy signed Assembly Bill No. 3849 into law which relaxed the
deadline by which public entities were required to respond to requests for
government records under the New Jersey Open Public Records Act during the
COVID-19 health crisis. That amendment to OPRA states: (2) During a period
declared pursuant to the law of this State as a state of emergency, the
deadlines by which to respond to a request for or grant or deny access to,
a government record under paragraph (1) of this subsection or subsection
e. of this section shall not apply, provided, however, that the custodian
of a government record shall make a reasonable effort, as the
circumstances permit, to respond to a request for access to a government
record within seven business days or as soon as possible. Please be
advised that your request has been handled as present circumstances permit
during this unprecedented health crisis. Hereafter, any request for a
government record is a disruption in agency operations and the Borough of
North Caldwell reserves its rights to answer within the maximum time
allotted by Assembly Bill No. 3849. While the Borough will endeavor to
answer requests for government records in a prompt fashion during this
public health emergency, it reserves its right, and notifies requestors,
that the Borough also retains all applicable legal arguments if this delay
in response is challenged in Superior Court or at the Government Records
Council
Please know that records have been searched in fulfillment of your request
and will be provided to you on Monday, April 26, 2021. Please let me know

Good Morning,
