2. Current Employee List: The full name, title/position, department, building/location and hire date for all salaried and hourly employees currently employed. In addition, if dates are available for employees who have held multiple titles and/or worked at different locations/buildings in the past, please include those as well.

3. Former Employee List: The full name, title/position, department, building/location, hire date, termination date and reason for termination for all salaried and hourly employees with termination dates between 1995-Present. In addition, if dates are available for employees who held multiple titles and/or worked at multiple locations/buildings prior to their final assignment, please include those as well.
