The Township of Bloomfield received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
Request on January 19,  2021.  As such, the seven (7) business day
deadline to respond to your request is January 28, 2021 response to your
request is being provided to you on the 5^th day after we received this
request.

Your request sought the following:

“I am requesting a List of all residential properties in your city that
have had the water shut off any time between 08/14/2020 and 01/14/2021. I
only need the property addresses. I do not want any customer information
or reason for shut off. I authorize you to redact confidential information
in accordance with Section 182.052 of the Utilities Code.”

The following records are being provided in their entirety and are the
ONLY documents in the Township’s possession responsive to your request:

1.       From the Township’s Engineering Department: There is no list
responsive to your request.

These records are being transmitted to you via email, as per your request.

If your request for access to a government record has been denied or
unfulfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a
right to challenge the decision by the Township of Bloomfield to deny
access.  At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the
Superior Court of New Jersey, or file a complaint with the Government
Records Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form.
