Dear Lance Sexton, 
This comes in response to your OPRA Request and common Law Request for: 
"Records requested:
A list of properties in the Borough that currently have delinquent taxes,
open property liens, and code violations (including vacant properties).
This list should also include amounts of balances owed and the type of
violation related to each particular property.
Description of Information Requested:
1.Tax Account Delinquent Report
2.Detailed Lien Status Report
3.Residential code enforcement violations currently active and pending
that include:
• Residential Structures that are vacant and open to trespass
• Residential Properties with grass or weeds in excess of the city’s
height limit
• Residential Structures without a current city certificate of occupancy
• Residential Properties on the cities vacant property registry (if
applicable)"
The Tax Assessor has provided the attached reports: Tax Lien Properties as
of 3/17/20 and Tax Lien Properties 3/17/20 responsive to your first two
requests.  As these records are being emailed to you there is no cost for
duplication pursuant to the Open Public Records Act.  If you have any
questions about these records please contact the Tax Collector's office at
(973) 992-5000 Ext 5120.
The Township does make, maintain, or keep on file a list of residential
code enforcement violations, or residential properties with grass or weeds
in excess of the Township's height limit, or list of residential
structures without a current certificate of occupancy.  
The Township of Livingston does not require vacant residential properties
to be registered.  
There are no records responsive to your third, fourth, fifth, sixth, or
seventh requests.
