Dear Resident:
Due to the significant amount of time anticipated to fulfill your OPRA
request dated November 3, 2021, a special service charge is going to be
imposed prior to completing the request pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(c).
It is estimated that this request will take at least an hour to complete
and the lowest level employee capable of fulfilling the request is paid at
a rate of $21.45/hour. Therefore, the estimated special service charge
imposed on this request is $21.45; however, this number is subject to
change based on the actual time required to fulfill the request.
In addition, you will be responsible for copy costs of $0.05 per page
pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(b). Copy costs are estimated to be at least
$2.25.
Therefore, the estimated total charge to complete this request is $23.70.
Please respond back in writing confirming that you accept this estimated
charge. We will not begin to process this request until we receive your
written acceptance. In addition, please forward us information to send a
bill or contact our office to arrange payment in person as the records
will not be released until payment is received.

Are you able to scan and send all of the requested documents via email? I was doing this all anonymously, so if you can't provide the documents via email, I guess the only option is to withdraw the request. Let me know either way so we know how to proceed.

the TOWNSHIP OF BRICK or BRICK FIRE DEPARMENT for information regarding
