This is in response to your OPRA request for a list of all properties that
are behind two or more years on their property tax
payments.
The Borough of Waldwick never has any properties that are behind two or
more years because we have an annual tax sale
for properties which are delinquent for the prior year. The successful
bidder pays the delinquent taxes for the prior year
and then usually pays any subsequent delinquencies in order to maximize
their interest return.
