Corey,

In response to your email request for a list of properties that are behind
2 or more years in property taxes, please be aware that there are none in
the Borough of Glen Rock.  As required by NJ State Statute 54:5-1, all
properties having unpaid taxes for the prior year must be taken to Tax
Sale before the end of the current year.  All liens issued in our Tax
Sales have been sold to outside lienholders (there are no Municipal
Liens).  We are fortunate to be a municipality that has on average less
than 3 properties in our Tax Sale each year.
