The City of North Wildwood holds an accelerated Tax Sale each year for current year taxes. No property would have a delinquency past the current year but would have a lien.

The City of North Wildwood holds an accelerated Tax Sale each year for current year taxes. No property would have a delinquency past the current year but would have a lien.

Good morning Corey,
Pertaining to your request for "a list of all properties that are behind two or more years on their property tax payments" - there are no responsive records. Katrina from the Tax Office responded on 2/18/2020 and 2/25/2020 that -
"The City of North Wildwood holds an accelerated Tax Sale each year for current year taxes. No property would have a delinquency past the current year but would have a lien" and asked for further clarification (see below).
