The Township of Scotch Plains received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request on January 12, 2021. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is January 22, 2021.
Before I can provide a response to your OPRA Request, I need clarification of one of your requests:
"ALL CODE VIOLATIONS". Are you requesting Building Code Violations or Health Code Violations or BOTH? In addition, you need to provide a TIMEFRAME for the violations requested.
