I am writing to request an internal review of Roselle Borough's handling of my OPRA request 'Opra Request 01/12/2021'.
It has been over 30 days since I put my request in and have had no response. I've put many requests in with other towns and all have been fulfilled. Below is a recap of what I requested.

All Tax Delinquents/Liens
All Vacant/Abandoned Properties
All Utility Delinquent/Liens (if applicable
The request is for all properties and has a date range of 7/2020 thru current.

Dear Mr. Kuhn,
Please accept my sincere apologies. I conduct the Open Public Records Act Reviews, and the issue with your OPRA was by my human error that your request slipped through the cracks here. I have, however, forwarded it to the departments that maintain these types of records and will expedite this request as much as possible. Please note, this is in no way a denial of records, but human error on my part.
