Re:    OPRA Request C233277

Dear Brian S. Bond:

The Civil Service Commission "Commission" received your Open Public
Records Act (OPRA) request on April 16, 2025. (See attached) This response
to your request is being provided to you today.

You made the following requests:

"Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA
and the common law right of access.  I am not required to fill out an
official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request
per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including
all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place
of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New
Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested: Any and All OPRA requests from June 2023 through April
15, 2023 regarding The Borough of Washington (warren County) Zoning
Officer and regarding Brian S. Bond

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail
as attachments.  Please confirm you have received this request.  If you
are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person
and provide their email address to me for future reference."

When asked to clarify your request you added, “The Date Range is June of
2023 through April 15, 2025. sorry for the typographical error. I do not
know the email address of the OPRA requesters. Some names may have been
Ben Dove, Anonymous and Dale Parichuck.”

A search of the OPRA portal and OPRA records returned no results matching
the search criteria you provided. As a result, the Commission has no
records responsive to your request.

This response does not waive or limit any other rights afforded the
Commission under OPRA and the common law, which are all expressly
reserved.

The Open Public Records Act permits a person who believes he or she has
been improperly denied access to a government record to file a complaint
with the Government Records Council or to file an action in Superior Court
to challenge the decision and compel disclosure. See N.J.S.A. 47:1A-6. You
will find attached to this email the document that describes the
procedures for taking these actions.

Your OPRA request is now hereby deemed closed. Thank you for the
opportunity to be of service.

Best regards,
