I am emailing in reference to your OPRA request submitted to Rockaway
Township on 3/23/2022 in which you requested records for 96A West Union
Tpk, Block 11501, Lot 9.01. Please provide clarification on the following
items in bold type.

 1. Property record card from tax assessor. No clarification required.
 2. Any and all construction permits with building department, records of
any abandoned storage tanks. Do you wish to obtain individual copies
of these records, or would the attached property summary report sample
be of interest to you? This report will provide a list of permits, the
description of the scope of work (if available), whether the permit is
open or closed as well as an inspection and violation history (if
available).
 3. Records of sewer, city water install, natural gas. This item cannot be
responded to as it is overly broad and vague. OPRA requires the
provision of "specifically identifiable" government records. Your item
does not meet the statutory standard. Please refer to MAG
Entertainment v. Div. of Alcohol Beverage Control, 375 N.J. Super.

 4. Any drawings or sketches that were recorded. Please be more specific
as to what records you are seeking.

Good afternoon,

Please see attached and below in response to your OPRA request filed with
the Township of Rockaway on 3/23/2022 for which we received clarification
on 3/30/2022. You had requested the following for 29 Schindler Dr.:

 1. Property record card from tax assessor. See attached. Property owners’
names have been withheld pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1.
 2. Any and all construction permits with building department, records of
any abandoned storage tanks (Property Summary Report plus copies of
any tank-related permits). See attached Property Summary Report. A
redaction has been made for owners’ names pursuant to N.J.S.A.
47:1A-1.1. There are no records of any abandoned storage tanks.
 3. Records of sewer, city water install, natural gas. This was discussed
with Township Clerk; there are no records responsive to this request.
 4. Any drawings or sketches that were recorded. This item was withdrawn.
