Mr. Schultz:
We received your OPRA March 22.  The 7 business days to respond would be
April 4 but we respond today, the 6th day.
Regarding construction permit histories, the Township makes them available
on line through our website.  In accordance with Rodriguez v. Kean
University, GRC Complaint 2013-69 (March 2014), we are providing you the
link to our website to use the portal [1]www.sdlportal.com.  If you find
you are unable to access the records you requested, please contact our
office. If printing of same is needed, use "landscape" format and reduce
to 80%. Any address in Vernon with a permit history (and the individual
permits) will appear on this portal. The Vernon website
is [2]www.vernontwp.com and the building portal is on the opening page at
the lower right.

 Further questions regarding specifics on the permit history should be
addressed to our building department directly.  They can be reached at
973-764-4055 ext.2251 or 2254.

There are neither fire code or zoning code violations for this address.

We have no separate records regarding an oil tank.  Work on oil tanks may
be referenced on the building permit history.  Additionally, the DEP can
be reached at either 609-777-3373 or 866-337-5669 for further inquiry.

Septic and well information are kept by the health department who can be
reached at 973-579-0370.
