Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.), I am requesting a copy of the following government records:Any and all fire code violations, citations, life-safety orders, or inspection reports issued by North Hudson Regional Fire and Rescue to the property located at 1305 Palisade Ave., Union City, NJ, between August 1, 2024, and the present date.

Any associated inspector notes, photographs, or field reports regarding the rooftop door, lack of rooftop guardrails, and rooftop skylight at this location.

I am a member of the Condominium Board of Trustees representing this property.
