Code Violations
-List of full addresses with property code violation(s) within the last 12 months.

Tax Delinquent
-List of properties' full addresses that were tax delinquent within the last 12 months.

Please provide in spreadsheet format if possible (csv, xls, xlsx)
If the records do not include addresses (no house # or street), simply dismiss that part of the request.
