-List of addresses where water/utility services were terminated or are delinquent in utility payments within the last 12 months.
Code Violations
-List of addresses with property code violation(s) within the last 12 months.
Tax Delinquent
-List of properties' addresses that were tax delinquent within the last 12 months.

REGARDING: Your OPRA Request Form - Clarification Needed

In order to process your request please reply back with clarification and
please be advised that until we receive clarification of records you are
seeking, we cannot process this request.
1. CODE VIOLATIONS (Must name specifically identifiable records or advise
from what department(s), i.e. Building Dept, Health Dept)
This request will be considered closed if this office does not hear back
from you within 7 business days (APRIL 16, 2024).
