property, including but not limited to building permits, zoning variances,
and any other relevant permits.
Any relevant zoning and land use information: for the property.
Any information about the property`s history of prior ownership and use
Records of the Office of Taxation: Including the most recent property tax
record information indicating the number of rooms, bedrooms, and
bathrooms.
health department records including any oil tanks or contamination
