OPRA Records Custodian List - 2017

The Government Records Council (“GRC”) received your November 5, 2017 Open
Public Records Act (“OPRA”) request on November 6, 2017. Please see the
following response to your stated OPRA request:
1. Electronic copy of the GRC's current list or lists of OPRA Custodians
of Records in electronic format: The GRC attempted to contact you via
telephone on November 13, 2017 to advise that the GRC currently
maintains only two (2) lists of custodians. The lists are for the New
Jersey Departments of Community Affairs and Treasury. However, said
lists are woefully outdated and would provide little value for anyone
seeking to contact a custodian from those agencies.
Notwithstanding, should you still wish to receive these two (2) lists, the
GRC will scan and provide them. Please advise how you would like the GRC
to proceed.
The above response addresses all records you requested in your OPRA
request received by the GRC on November 5, 2017.
