OPRA Record Request
Dear New Brunswick City,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
I would like to request the following information if it's available at this department. I'm requesting the following information in excel format including the property address (address, city, state, zip), and if possible, the owners name and within the period of 10/01/2022-12/31/22.
1) A list of all residential single family, and multi family properties - 2022 tax delinquencies & tax liens.
2) All properties with the following code violations (tall grass, unsafe structures, paint issues) please do not include incorrect parked car violations.
3) A list of all residential single family and multi family vacant properties.
4) All properties that are currently in the probate process.
5) list of all water shut offs due to Non-payment, plumbing issues and fire damage.
6) Fire damages properties with no more than 50% damage.
If your department does not have access to one or more of these records, please remove them in order to complete the request and direct me to the correct department.
