This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

Please provide all purchase order history for purchases by the police department from 2012 to 2019. For each order, please include the date, description, vendor, and amount of the purchase.

Excel form is preferred, but other electronic forms are fine if that is not feasible.

The Borough of Tinton Falls official Records Custodian received your Open Public Records Act request 2020-116 on May 27, 2020. As such the seven business day deadline to respond to your request is June 5, 2020. This response to your request is being provided to you on the 4th business day after the custodian's receipt of said request.

Your request sought access to the following copies of Police Department purchase order history from 2012 to 2019; include date, description, vendor and amount of the purchase in excel format preferred. These records, if any, will be transmitted via email so there is no cost associated with this request. The attached records from Purchasing Department, are being provided and are responsive to your request.
