OPRA: Purchase order history for the police department from 2012 to 2019
Dear Swedesboro Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Please provide all purchase order history for purchases by the police department from 2012 to 2019. For each order, please include the date, description, vendor, and amount of the purchase.
Excel form is preferred, but other electronic forms are fine if that is not feasible.

I have received both of your OPRA's both dated 5/27/2020.
1 I need to make you aware that the Borough of Swedesboro does not have their own Police Department.
We have a shared service with the Township of Woolwich's Police Department to police the Borough of Swedesboro.
Therefor I have no access to their records, I have sent your request over to the Woolwich Twp. Police Department and asked for the records you are requesting.
I will respond with whatever they provide me, but again I have no access to their records. Any future OPRS's that have anything to do with a police department or court records you should direct your OPRA directly to the township of Woolwich.
