OPRA: Purchase order history for the police department from 2012 to 2019

Please provide all purchase order history for purchases by the police department from 2012 to 2019. For each order, please include the date, description, vendor, and amount of the purchase.

As I've indicated previously, I am the custodian of records for the Borough of Chester. We have not had our own police department since December 31, 2016. Our finance department moved to a new financial platform and there is no electronic data for 2014 and earlier. Therefore, attached is the purchase order history you requested from the Borough of Chester for the years 2015, 2016 and 2017 along with the purchase order history you requested from Chester Police for the years 2017, 2018 and 2019.
