OPRA: Purchase order history for the police department from 2012 to 2019
Dear Belmar Borough,

Please provide all purchase order history for purchases by the police department from 2012 to 2019. For each order, please include the date, description, vendor, and amount of the purchase.
Excel form is preferred, but other electronic forms are fine if that is not feasible.

Please be advised due to COVID-19, response to your request may take more

Pursuant to: Bill A3849, introduced on March 16, signed into law as P.L.
2020, c. 10 and available yesterday, changes the OPRA response timeline
from the N.J.S.A. 47:1A limit of 7 business days to “reasonable efforts
within 7 business days, or as soon thereafter as circumstances
permit.” This is only effective during a declared public crisis.
