OPRA: Purchase order history for the police department from 2012 to 2019

We're waiting for Taeho Kim to read recent responses and update the status.

All purchase order history from 2012 to 2019 for the police department.

Based upon the foregoing, a response is due on June 3, 2020. This response is being emailed to you on the date set forth above and is therefore timely.

Your OPRA request sought the information listed in your email below.

In satisfaction of your OPRA request, attached please find electronic PDF copies the purchase order history from 2012 to 2019 for the Washington Township Police Department including the date, description, vendor, and the amount of each purchase.

Based upon the response, I consider your OPRA request completely satisfied and, thus, closed. If, however, you disagree for any reason, or if you seek to discuss any issues associated with your records request, please contact me so that your concerns can be addressed.

If your request for access to a government record has been denied or unfilled within seven (7) business days required by law, you have a right to challenge the decision by Washington Township to deny access. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government Records Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form.
