Below is the response to your OPRA request dated May 26, 2020.

 

Requests 1 and 2 are invalid because the request fails to seek
“identifiable government records” pursuant to New Jersey Builders
Association v. New Jersey Council on Affordable Housing, 390 N.J. Super.
166, 180 (App. Div.

2007) and Bent v. Stafford Police Department, 381 N.J. Super. 30 (App.
Div. 2005).

 

Request 3 - There are no responsive documents.

 

This is a complete response to the above-referenced OPRA request, and
therefore it is now deemed fulfilled and closed.
