OPRA: Purchase invoice of body worn cameras for the police department

Please be advised that OPRA request (our file no. 20 - 352), received on
May 27, 2020, will require additional time to fulfill.
Note that our Clerk sent an email to you last Friday, advising that we can
only satisfy #3 - body camera invoices (nos. 1 and 2 may be denied as
requests for information).
OPRA allows custodians to seek extensions of time pursuant
to N.J.S.A.47:1A-5.i; accordingly, any responsive documentation will be
provided on or before June 19, 2020.

(our file no. 20-352). Please see my response to your requests below.
1. This request is invalid because it seeks access to information and
does not identify the specific government record sought. Mag
Entertainment, LLC v. Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, 375 N.J.
Super. 534, 546 (App. Div. 2005); Bent v. Stafford Police Department,
381 N.J. Super. 30, 37 (App. Div. 2005). In Bent, the Court held that
“a requestor must specifically describe the document sought because
OPRA operates to make identifiable government records accessible.”
2. This request is invalid because it seeks access to information and
