Lori Reibrich, Interlaken Borough

Good Afternoon Taeho Kim,

The Borough of Interlaken received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request on May 27, 2020.  The official Records Custodian, Lori Reibrich,
received your OPRA request on May 27, 2020.  This response to your request
is being provided to you on the same business day after the custodian’s
receipt of said request.

Your OPRA request sought access to the following:
1. Total number of body cameras currently deployed in the police
department.

2. Date on which body cameras were deployed to any of the police officers
for the first time (year and month).

3. Invoice of body cameras purchase (if body cameras were purchased).
Please note that the Borough of Interlaken does not have it's own Police
Department and has been in a shared service with the Borough of Deal since
2010. Any and all Police Department record inquiries should be directed to
the Borough Deal Police Department as the Borough of Interlaken is not the
custodian of any records relating to the Police Department.
At this time with no existing records on file, this request is considered
fulfilled.
If you require any additional information, please do not hesitate to
contact me.
Sincerely,

Lori Reibrich, RMC/CMR
Borough Administrator/Municipal Clerk
Registrar of Vital Statistics
