OPRA: Purchase invoice of body worn cameras for the police department

I, as the Custodian of Records for the Borough of Frenchtown, received
your Open Public Records Act request on May 27, 2020. Accordingly, the
seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is Friday, June
5, 2020. This response is being provided to you on the sixth business day
after my receipt of the request.
Your OPRA request seeks the following:
1. All purchase order history for purchases by the Police Department
from 2012-2019. For each order, please include the date, description,
vendor and amount of purchase.
Responsive to your OPRA request is the following:
1. Attached please find history of purchases by the Police Department
from 2012-2019 which includes the date, description, vendor and amount of
purchase.
The Clerk of the Borough of Frenchtown desires to provide the document or
documents requested. If the documents supplied are not fully responsive,
please provide the Clerk with further identification of the document or
documents sought.
If your request for access to a government record has been denied or
unfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a
right to challenge the decision by the Borough of Frenchtown to deny
access. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the
Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government
Records Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form.
