OPRA: Purchase invoice of body worn cameras for the police department

1. Total number of body cameras currently deployed in the police department.
2. Date on which body cameras were deployed to any of the police officers for the first time (year and month).

Is there no record because the police department has never used body cameras? Please clarify. If it has, please provide
1)All invoices of all body camera purchases
2)Log of body camera usage in the first month of deployment (please include the dates)
