In response to your OPRA request re: 5 Stow Road, Marlton, NJ, We found no
record of any building code or zoning code violations. There is one open
permit (#20201165) for the installation of rooftop HVAC.
Please contact Fire Administration directly regarding any fire code
violations.
Certificates of Occupancy (CO) for projects constructed prior to the year
1990 are no longer on file with this office. The CO was validly issued
and is in full force and effect. The absence of a copy of the CO will not
give rise to any enforcement action affecting this property. A new CO
will only be required if any construction activity occurs such as
restoring, renovating or expanding the property or any part thereof.
