Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. -Health department records including any oil tanks or contamination

-Records of the Office of Taxation: Including the most recent property tax
record information indicating the number of rooms, bedrooms, and
bathrooms.
The taxes on this property are paid to date. The second quarter, in the
amount of $ 831.37, is due May 1st. The tax record information requested
regarding the number of rooms etc. normally goes through Chris, but I have
attached the property card
-Health department records including any oil tanks or contamination. No
records
