OPRA - police officer-involved lawsuits 2012-2019

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. A list of all lawsuits and cases in which any officer of the police department was involved between 2012 and 2019. For each lawsuit/case, please provide the date (month and year) of the alleged incident at issue, whether the alleged incident was excessive force, settlement amount (if any), and final compensation amount ruled (if any).
2. Please provide copies of the complaint in any lawsuits and cases described in above.

Good afternoon. I am reaching out to you regarding your recent records
request that was received by the Borough of Freehold on May 28, 2020
regarding police officer involved lawsuits from 2012 – 2019. The Borough
of Freehold is requesting an extension due to the number of years of
information requested. Also, at this time, employees in my office are
working staggered days and not in the office full time.
I would respectfully request an extension of seven additional business
days to gather the information requested.

Per your records request regarding the police involved lawsuits, please be
advised for:
Item #1 - There is no such list that exists containing the lawsuits
involving the police department between 2012 and 2019 but for Item #2 you
can find that I attached copies of the complaints for the police officer
involved lawsuits between 2012 and 2019. There are no settlement amounts on
