In response to your above request for records, please be advised that
Upper Township does not have a municipal police department. Police
coverage for Upper Township is provided by the New Jersey State Police.
Upper Township is not the custodian of the requested records and does not
possess them.

I do however have the contact information for the NJ State Police Division
Headquarters which I have provided below:

New Jersey State Police
Per my conversation with the Station Commander at the New Jersey State
Police Woodbine Barracks, OPRA requests have to go through the Division HQ
in West Trenton.
The telephone number is 609-882-2000.
That is the main line in, they will have all the procedures to follow
regarding this request.

Should you have questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to call my
office.

Thank you,

Barbara
