OPRA: Payroll record 2012-2019 in the police department

We're waiting for Taeho Kim to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Manchester Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

For all employees working in the police department from 2012-2019:
Please provide the name, hire date, current status (whether active or separated), and date of separation.

that the Township building is currently closed. We will complete this
request as soon as possible.

 

 

As of March 23, 2020 the Manchester Municipal Building is closed until
further notice.  Please see below regarding OPRA Requests received during
this time period:

 

 

  As of March 20, 2020, both houses of
the New Jersey State Legislature
Does a public agency have to respond have passed bills (Nos. A3849 and
to OPRA requests within seven (7) S2302) which remove the deadlines by
calendar days during the COVID-19 which a public agency is required
outbreak? under the Open Public Records Act
(“OPRA”), N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.,
  to respond to requests for
government records during a state of
  emergency, public health emergency
or state of local disaster
  emergency. However, the custodian of
a government record must make a
  reasonable effort, as the
circumstances permit, to respond to
  the request within seven (7)
business days or as soon as possible
  thereafter.

When the office is reopened all 3/20/2020 Approved P.L .2020, c.10.
requests will be processed in the
order they were received.  If  
documents are available to our office
electronically, we will provide them  
as soon as possible
